Refund Policy

Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the date of your event are eligible for a full refund of any payments made, excluding the security deposit.                                                                                                           

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund.                                                                                      

Security Deposit:
The security deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.                  

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your event to a later date, a new security deposit is required to hold your new date. Your previous deposit will not transfer to the new booking.
