Terms & Conditions

Welcome, and thank you for choosing Bee~Bo's Charcuterie. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, website, and related applications (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. 

Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and the legal framework that governs your relationship with Bee~Bo's Charcuterie. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using our Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any such changes. 

  1. Made-to-Order Products
    All of our products are made to order. To ensure quality and timely delivery, all orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance, including events that require set up and clean up.

    • Late Rush Orders: Orders requested within the 2-week window are subject to a flat rush fee of $100.

    • Order Cutoff: Orders will not be accepted within 3 days of the requested date.

  2. Deposits and Payments

    • For delivery of boards, full payment is required at the time the order is placed.

    • For events, a 50% deposit is required at booking, along with a $150 security deposit, with the remaining 50% due 8 days prior to your event.

    • Delivery Fee: Delivery fees are based on location. Franklin, TN, is $10, surrounding cities are $25, and locations farther out may require a larger fee. Please email us for details.

    • Pricing Notice: Bee~Bo's Charcuterie prices are subject to change without notice.

  3. Pick-Up & Shipping Policy

    • Pick-up is not available on any orders.

    • Shipping is not available on any orders.

  4. Event Setup Requirements

    • Events featuring grazing tables, The team will arrive and require a minimum of 2 hours beforehand for preparation and full setup. 

  5.  Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions. We take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously; however, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens such as nuts, dairy, or gluten.

  6. Sales tax will be applied and collected on all orders.

  7. Leftover Food Policy
    To ensure the safety of our clients and their guests, any leftover food at an event must be discarded. (To avoid waste, guests are encouraged to enjoy the entire spread during the event.)
